Demand Intelligence Terms of Service

Demand Intelligence is GcomFlow's market insights service: dashboards, reports, forecasts and alerts on product demand, pricing, search trends and trade flows across countries. These terms apply to anyone who accesses it, on top of our Terms and Conditions.

1. What you get#

Depending on your plan, you can access [trend dashboards, country and category demand reports, price benchmarks, keyword insights, demand forecasts and export opportunity alerts]. Plan features and usage limits are on our pricing page.

2. Where the data comes from#

Insights are built from aggregated and de-identified Platform activity, public trade and customs statistics, licensed third-party data and statistical models. We never reveal personal data of buyers or confidential data of a specific seller (such as an individual seller's sales, costs or customer list).

3. Licence to use#

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Demand Intelligence outputs for your own internal business decisions during your subscription. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the data or reports, in whole or in part
• Share login access outside your licensed users
• Scrape, bulk download or use automated tools to extract data beyond the export features provided
• Use the data to build a competing product or to train machine-learning models without written permission
• Try to re-identify any person or seller from aggregated data

You may quote small excerpts in internal presentations, with attribution to GcomFlow.

4. Accuracy and no advice#

Forecasts and insights are estimates based on models and available data. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and markets change. Demand Intelligence is not investment, legal, tax or trade-compliance advice. You are responsible for your business decisions, and GcomFlow is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on the service.

5. Your data#

Your individual business data stays confidential. You agree that GcomFlow may use your Platform activity in aggregated, de-identified form, combined with data from many users, to build and improve Demand Intelligence. Such aggregated data cannot identify you and belongs to GcomFlow.

6. Fees and term#

Demand Intelligence is billed as described in our Payment Terms and renews automatically until cancelled. On cancellation or expiry, your access ends, and you must stop using downloaded reports for any new purpose after [90] days, except where you need to keep them for legal records.

7. Suspension#

We may suspend access immediately if we detect misuse, scraping, unauthorised sharing or non-payment.
