Payment Terms
On this page
These Payment Terms explain how you pay GcomFlow and how sellers get paid. Prices vary by service and plan; current rates are always on our pricing page at [gcomflow.com/pricing], which forms part of these terms.
1. How we charge#
| Service | How it is charged | When |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription plans | Fixed monthly or annual fee | In advance, auto-renewing each period |
| Marketplace commission | Percentage of each order's value; lower rates for subscribed sellers per plan | Deducted from the seller's payout |
| GcomFlow Ads | Prepaid credits, used per click, impression or other billed event | Top up before running campaigns |
| Warehousing | Per cubic metre, pallet or unit, per month, plus inbound and handling fees | Monthly in arrears or prepaid |
| Fulfillment and shipping | Per order, per weight slab and destination | At booking or deducted from payouts |
| Customs and documentation | Per shipment or per service | Before filing |
| Demand Intelligence | Subscription or per report | In advance |
2. Payment methods and currency#
We accept [UPI, cards, net banking, wire transfer and other methods shown at checkout] through licensed payment processors. Prices are shown in [INR / USD / local currency]. Currency conversion is done by the processor or your bank at their rates; you bear conversion and cross-border bank fees.
3. Taxes#
Prices exclude taxes unless stated. We add any applicable taxes. Where reverse charge applies to overseas business customers, you are responsible for self-assessing tax. Sellers are responsible for taxes on their own sales, including registering for VAT or sales tax in destination countries where required. We may collect and remit taxes (for example marketplace VAT abroad) where the law requires us to.
4. Subscriptions#
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. We will give at least [30] days' notice of price changes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Reduced commission rates apply only while the subscription is active and paid.
5. Ad credits#
Credits must be prepaid and are used as your ads are delivered. Campaigns pause automatically when your balance runs out. Paid credits are valid for [12] months from purchase; promotional credits expire as stated when issued. Refunds of unused credits follow our Refund Policy.
6. Seller payouts#
- Sales proceeds are collected by GcomFlow or its payment partner on the seller's behalf.
- Payouts are made [weekly / every X days] after the order is delivered and the return window has passed, to the verified bank account in the seller's name.
- We deduct commissions, fees, refunds, chargebacks, shipping and storage charges before paying out.
- Foreign-currency receipts for Indian exporters are handled through authorised dealer banks or licensed cross-border payment partners in line with FEMA and RBI rules, and we provide the transaction records needed for export realisation.
- We may hold payouts for a reasonable period if we suspect fraud, a dispute, a legal order or a breach of our Terms.
7. Late and failed payments#
If a payment fails or an invoice is unpaid after [7] days, we may suspend services, pause campaigns, hold goods in our warehouses until paid, and charge interest of [1.5%] per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower. Goods held for unpaid fees for more than [60] days may be disposed of under our Shipping Policy after notice.
8. Invoices and disputes#
Tax invoices are available in your dashboard. Raise any billing dispute within [30] days of the invoice date at [billing@gcomflow.com]; undisputed amounts remain payable.
